Travel Required: 60% (Local/Domestic)

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue sales opportunities in industrial automation, instrumentation, and control systems.
Understand client requirements and propose customized technical solutions with support from product specialists and engineers.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demos to potential clients.
Coordinate with internal teams to develop quotes, proposals, and project strategies.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales funnel through effective lead generation and qualification.
Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Ensure accurate and timely reporting through CRM tools and internal communication channels.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Instrumentation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
2 -4 years of relevant B2B technical sales experience in industrial automation or instrumentation.
Good understanding of PLCs, SCADA, process instrumentation, and control systems.
Strong knowledge of sales process, project life cycles, and solution selling.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented approach.
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 60%).
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.)
Experience working with system integrators, OEMs, and end-users in industrial sectors.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
