Position Title: Senior Sales Director / Senior Section Head
Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: QAR 32,000 - 35,000/- per month

Job Summary: 
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Sales Director to lead our IT Healthcare Division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 18 years of experience in sales and leadership within the healthcare IT sector, demonstrating a proven track record of driving sales growth, building strategic relationships, and exceeding sales targets. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare IT solutions and the ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share in the healthcare IT sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and delivery professionals, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, healthcare systems, and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and aligning solutions to meet those needs.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing, ensuring exceptional customer experience at every stage.
  • Collaborate with the product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure the alignment of sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote our healthcare IT solutions and expand professional networks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). 
  • 20+ years of experience.
  • Proven experience in a leadership role within the healthcare IT sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare IT systems and other clinical applications.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience in leading large-scale projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CPHIMS, CISSP) are a plus.
  • Experience working with large healthcare systems and integrated delivery networks.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the healthcare industry.
