Job Title: Senior Revenue Growth Officer Location: Chevayur, Kozhikode Mode: On-site (Full-time) Apply at: aiswarya@brainwireanalytics.in We seek a result-oriented Senior Revenue Growth Officer to lead and drive revenue initiatives across all verticals, including current and upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will take complete ownership of P&L responsibilities, meet revenue targets, manage budgeted marketing spends, and guide the sales and marketing teams toward consistent growth. Key Responsibilities Own the Profit & Loss (P&L) and ensure revenue target achievement. Strategise and execute B2B & B2C sales campaigns across digital and offline channels. Develop and optimise budget-based marketing plans for sustained growth. Explore and implement new market expansion strategies. Conduct sales training sessions and upskill the revenue team. Lead the sales and marketing functions to drive aggressive revenue performance. Build and maintain strategic partnerships and institutional collaborations. Required Experience & Skills Minimum 4+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing. Preferred experience in the EdTech sector or similar high-growth industries. Proven track record of P&L management, revenue ownership, and team leadership. Strong strategic thinking and communication skills.
