You will be responsible for maintaining a strong and productive relationship with distributors and Independent Financial Advisors (IFA) in the designated region to drive business growth. Your key tasks will include achieving sales targets, analyzing sales patterns in the market, conducting market and industry analysis, generating and boosting sales, as well as expanding the IFA and distribution network. Additionally, you will be involved in the selection and motivation of IFAs and distributors to ensure a high-performing team.,
