Manage a team of relationship managers and drive client acquisition targets, primarily through the sale of equity-based investment products, with a prime focus on the HNI segment to achieve targets. Oversee a team of equity dealers/equity advisors and generate brokerage by advising clients on their equity portfolios for long-term investments, as well as positional trading ideas in stocks for short to medium terms. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure a high level of retention of existing clients, while also focusing on generating new business. Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required. Skills Required: Proven individual performer with a minimum of 1 year of team handling experience.
