With 8-12 years of experience, you will be responsible for recruiting top talent and partnering with stakeholders to drive strategic hiring decisions aligned with the company's growth objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: Full-Cycle Recruitment: - Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding, for roles at different levels. - Lead recruitment efforts for leadership and executive positions, ensuring the acquisition of candidates who can contribute to the company's expansion. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development: - Actively build and nurture a diverse talent pipeline through strategic channels like networking, executive search platforms, and industry events. - Engage with passive candidates to maintain a continuous pool of qualified individuals for critical roles. Stakeholder Partnership: - Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand organizational requirements and create customized recruitment strategies. - Offer advisory support on market trends, candidate expectations, and recruitment best practices to enhance the efficiency of the hiring process. Candidate Experience: - Uphold a positive and seamless experience for all candidates, especially those applying for leadership positions, by ensuring clear communication and engagement. - Guide candidates through the interview process, provide timely updates, and manage expectations regarding timelines and feedback. Metrics & Reporting: - Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to offer insights on performance, time-to-hire, candidate quality, and process enhancements. - Deliver regular reports to stakeholders, outlining recruitment progress, challenges, and suggestions for ongoing improvements.
