Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and maintain dynamic web applications using React.js. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability. Ensure code quality through code reviews, unit testing, and best practices. Mentor junior developers and support team collaboration. Troubleshoot and debug issues quickly and effectively. Stay current with the latest front-end trends and technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: 34 years of hands-on experience in React.js and JavaScript (ES6+). Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design. Experience with Redux, Context API, or similar state management libraries. Strong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous request handling. Familiarity with modern development tools like Webpack, Babel, and Git. Experience with testing libraries like Jest, React Testing Library. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Nice to Have: Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or backend integration. Basic knowledge of Node.js or Express.js. Prior experience leading front-end projects or mentoring team members.
