Job Description

• Prepare, review, and monitor project budgets and cost estimates.
•   Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare BOQs (Bill of Quantities).
•   Manage subcontractor payments, variations, and final accounts.
•   Analyze project drawings, specifications, and documents for accurate costing.
•   Evaluate and manage commercial risks and contract variations.
•   Prepare and review tender documents and assist in bid analysis.
•   Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams.
•   Ensure compliance with contract terms and conditions.
•   Prepare regular cost reports and forecasts.
•   Negotiate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on financial matters.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
•   Minimum 810 years of experience in quantity surveying within the civil contracting sector.
•   Proficient in cost management software 
•   Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
•   Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
•   Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
•   Excellent communication skills
