Dear sir,

We are currently looking for a Senior Quality Manager for a reputed company of Rajkot. Please find the details below:

1. Designation: Senior Quality Manager 

2. Experience: Minimum 5-6 years in Engineering Parts industry

3. Job description: 

- Strict follow of Incoming inspection and Inprocess inspection
- Ensure First piece approval is strictly followed and properly approved prior to bulk production. Also ensure Small batches are as per
requirements only before proceeding for mass production
- Review Development drawings, Identification of measuring instrument and Gauges before development and production
- Ensure All measuring instruments/Gauges are calibrated and records maintained
- Ensure Rework/Rejections/In process Tag system and Colour code is strictly followed
- Ensure production follows work instructions related to Quality
- Create and maintain SOPS related to strengthen the Quality of the Parts and to avoid customer complaints.
- Review customer complaints, do RCA and maintain CAPA
- Plan and conduct Internal Audits : Process audit, Product audit, Safety audit, 5S audit
- Try to implement Kaizen, why why anaylsis
- Ensure implementation and maintenance of QMS - ISO 9001 standard
- Implement and maintain Control plans, PFMEA
- Prepare Documents for Quality Audit, internal training and Customer visit related
- Schedule weekly/monthly internal quality awareness trainings to inspectors, operators and other related
- Schedule Daily pilot inspections to verify above steps followed or not

4. Qualification : Graduate

5. Timings : 09:00 AM to 8:00 PM

6. Salary: Best in the industry
