About us: Karmaa S R Consultants Private Limited is a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy and design-build company based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. Established on October 30, 2012, the company focuses on heavy industrial, institutional, and infrastructural engineering projects, including sectors such as food and beverages, warehousing, automobile, tyre industries, and farmline equipment. Responsibilities: Candidate with experience in the quantity estimation work in Industrial projects will be given preference. Experience in Civil Estimation works including knowledge of all types of material required for civil construction works. Experience in understanding the drawings to ascertain the quantities. Experience in co-ordination with Client, Design Team & Site team. An ability to prepare rate analysis, material co-efficient statements. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, mainly MS Excel. Contractor bills verification and certification and may need to visit the site for clarifications if any. Preparation of budgetary cost of the project and monitoring the same during execution. Gather proposals, technical specifications, rate working support documents. Investigate and identify cost reduction opportunities through cost analysis review Education: B.E. in Civil Desired exp 10+ yrs.
