Job Title: QA Engineer (US Healthcare Domain) Location: Vadodara Experience: 4 to 8 years Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a QA Engineer with expertise in the US Healthcare domain to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in manual and automation testing within healthcare billing, claims processing, and denial management systems. They should be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working independently to ensure product quality and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities: Develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases for RCM applications. Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare data security regulations. Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing on RCM systems. Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA, TestRail, or similar tools. Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to resolve defects and enhance system quality. Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts. Work with automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, or similar) to improve test efficiency. Perform API testing using tools like Postman, Rest Assured. Analyze system logs and troubleshoot issues to improve system reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications: 4 to 8 years of QA experience, with at least 2+ years in the Healthcare Domain - RCM domain. Strong understanding of RCM workflows, including claims processing, EDI transactions (837, 835, 277, 276), and denial management. Experience in manual and automation testing of healthcare applications. Proficiency in SQL queries for data validation in RCM systems. Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or equivalent). Knowledge of API testing tools like Postman, RestAssured. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of healthcare standards like HIPAA, HL7, and FHIR. Hands-on experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner).
