Job Description
About the Role: We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Analyst/Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both manual and automation testing, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in leading QA teams of at least 5 members. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of 1520 Quality Analysts. Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases. Ensure the quality and performance of software applications through rigorous testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues. Drive continuous improvement in QA processes and methodologies. Provide regular updates and reports. Requirements: Minimum 6 years of experience in software testing (manual and automation). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, etc.). Ability to manage and mentor a diverse team, including trainees. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications: ISTQB or equivalent certification.
