Job Description

You will be joining Apollodart as a Senior Python with Machine Learning Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in leading the development and deployment of machine learning models into production environments. Your responsibilities will involve designing and implementing scalable machine learning solutions to address complex business challenges. As a senior member of the team, you will mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and uphold best practices in software development. Your main duties will include developing end-to-end machine learning pipelines, designing algorithms and models based on large datasets, working closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, evaluating model performance, and staying updated with the latest advancements in machine learning. You will also lead and guide a team of junior engineers, offering technical expertise and support. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred). You must have at least 6 years of experience in software development with a strong proficiency in Python programming and deploying machine learning models in production. A solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical models, along with expertise in libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and scikit-learn is essential. Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop and Spark would be advantageous. Furthermore, you should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, creativity, and effective communication abilities. The role requires you to work collaboratively within a team environment and adapt to day and morning shifts as necessary.
