Job Description
As a Python Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of Python developers to design and develop scalable and robust software solutions. Your role will involve ensuring code quality through reviews and best practices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, overseeing project architecture and design, and managing project timelines and deliverables. Additionally, you will troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to deliver high-quality products. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with at least 5 years of Python development experience. You should also have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role, with a proven track record of successfully delivering software projects. A strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills, are essential for this role. Key skills required for this position include proficiency in Python, Django or Flask, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL and NoSQL databases, version control systems (e.g., Git), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and Agile methodologies. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in Ernakulam, Kerala. Relocation or reliable commuting to the work location is preferred. Prior experience in Python technical leading for at least 1 year is preferred for this role.,
