About the Role: We are looking for a seasoned and strategic Senior Purchase Manager to lead procurement activities for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sourcing, vendor management, material planning, and cost control within the construction/real estate sector. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end procurement process for construction materials, equipment, and services Identify, evaluate, and manage vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with vendors to optimize cost and quality Forecast material requirements in coordination with project and site teams Ensure timely procurement and delivery to support construction timelines Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier agreements, and stock levels Monitor market trends and pricing to make informed purchase decisions Ensure compliance with legal and organizational policies in all purchase activities Requirements: Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field Minimum 5-7 years of procurement experience, preferably in the real estate or construction sector Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency in procurement software and MS Excel Ability to manage multiple vendors and purchase activities simultaneously Deep understanding of construction materials, market rates, and vendor networks Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Schedule: Day shift Yearly bonus Experience: Purchasing: 5 years (Preferred) Real Estate: 5 years (Preferred) Location: Mohali, Punjab (Preferred) Work Location: In person,
