Job Description

1. Sourcing and Procurement: - Identify and evaluate potential suppliers for raw materials, components, or services. - Negotiate prices, lead times, and other terms and conditions with suppliers. - Place purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of raw materials. 2. Supplier Management: - Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure continuity of supply. - Monitor supplier performance and address any quality or delivery issues. 3. Cost Management: - Analyze market trends and prices to ensure competitive procurement. - Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements. 4. Inventory Management: - Collaborate with the inventory control team to ensure accurate inventory levels. - Implement and maintain inventory management systems and processes. 5. Quality Control: - Ensure raw materials meet quality standards and specifications. - Collaborate with the quality control team to address any quality issues. 6. Documentation and Compliance: - Prepare and maintain purchase orders, contracts, and other documentation. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
