Job Description
You are seeking an Associate Customer Experience Manager (ACEM) to join the team in Wardha. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining compliance with performance metrics and processes, supporting stakeholder management activities, and driving initiatives to achieve organizational objectives. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include ensuring 100% compliance with operational hygiene and processes to uphold quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will also be tasked with maintaining a customer satisfaction score of 4 or higher by providing excellent service and addressing customer needs promptly. Additionally, you will actively engage in community events to enhance the organization's visibility and reputation, as well as ensure hostel facilities achieve an audit score of over 90% by maintaining cleanliness, safety, and functionality standards. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Prior experience in operations coordination or a similar role is preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software applications. Attention to detail and effective task prioritization will be key to success in this position.,
