Job Description
Alpha Global Consulting is seeking an accountant to provide commercial real estate accounting services. The candidate must have the ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, or remotely. The requested services will require a commitment of 40 working hours per week on average. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail oriented, highly organized, analytical, proficient in Microsoft Office, and is comfortable working independently to meet multiple deadlines. Primary responsibilities include: Prepare monthly accounting close for multiple properties to include account reconciliations, accrual entries, and variance analysis. Monitor capital expenditures and prepare accrual and amortization entries. Assist in coordination and preparation of annual budget process. Process credit applications as requested by property management team. Prepare annual CAM, real estate tax, and insurance recovery reconciliations. Complete accounting close-out work for tenant move-outs and terminations. Assist with occasional ad-hoc projects. Preferred Qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) BA/BS in Accounting or Finance Minimum of 4 years accounting experience Experience in commercial real estate industry Strong understanding of financial income statements and balance sheets Ability to read and interpret a commercial lease agreement. Proficient in Excel Experience using accounting software to perform journal entries and financial statement report analysis. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently to meet deadlines. Excellent analytical and time management skills Must have outstanding verbal and written communication skills. ,
