Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Program Advisor at Imarticus Executive Education in Noida. The Senior Program Advisor will be responsible for advising students on program selection, career pathways, and academic goals. They will also collaborate with faculty to develop curriculum, assess student progress, and provide mentorship and guidance throughout the program. Qualifications Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Experience in academic advising, program management, or student services Knowledge of higher education systems and academic resources Ability to develop and implement academic and career development plans Experience in mentoring and guiding students to achieve their academic goals Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or related field Certification in Career Counseling or Academic Advising is a plus,
