Familiar with IATF documentation like control plan, Work instruction, Process Validation, FMEA. Good verbal & written communication skill. Roles and Responsibilities Responsible for supervising production and making improvements to optimize production Manage workflows by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules To make Material available at the machine as per production plan in advance. Maintaining the correct tag system for identification and traceability Developing and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all manufacturing processes Maintain and update Production Related Documents, such as Daily Production Reports and Monthly Production Reports Coordinate with other department for timely and safely execution of orders Conduct Method & Time study for all activities from Cutting to Dispatch Prepare reports on performance and progress and present them to senior managers Motivation Of Manpower to Achieve Target and Improve Quality. Ensure Proper Material Handling, Housekeeping & Daily M/ c Maintenance. Troubleshooting of day-to-day Problem in Production Line. Reduce the Rejection With the help of Proper Working Process. Maintain Discipline in the Shop floor by 5S. To Prepare Monthly Rework & rejection Data Process Inspection as per Inspection Standards.
