Job Title : Senior Production Engineer / Mechanical Engineer : Production / Design : Mumbai : CEO and GENERAL MANAGER Job Purpose : To plan production schedule, allocate resources, foresee requirements, inspect, test, check-control the sample product / parts for defects and any deviations from the drawings and / or specifications, maintain quality standards. Design ideas for jigs and fixtures with expertise for faster production with better quality. Knowledge of ISO standards and terms must. MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : l Prepare production schedule, oversee the complete production cycle, provide technical ideas and inputs for betterment of processes and maintain production documentation l Maintain standards of ISO systems l Develop design ideas for new dies, jigs, fixtures l Oversee calibration of gauges, callipers and jigs/fixtures used in production process l Oversee regular functioning of machines, ensure daily and/or regular maintenance l Impart training to workmen to improve the final product quality Management reserve the right to assign or re-define duties / location and instruct the post holder to carry out other related duty.
