The role of a Product Owner - IAM involves collaborating with diverse stakeholders such as strategic product managers, technical product owners, and engineering teams to develop and execute a platform strategy. The primary focus is on managing product delivery and maintaining high-quality, scalable solutions while ensuring alignment with business objectives. This is not a people-management role but focuses on product and project ownership. Key Responsibilities: Participate in Agile ceremonies like scrum meetings, user story creation, and setting acceptance criteria. Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications. Identify opportunities for technology reuse and platform scalability. Oversee the creation and management of API documentation, guides, and tutorials. Lead prioritization of tasks and deliverables, ensuring on-time execution. Conduct JAR (Joint Application Review) and JAD (Joint Application Design) sessions with cross-functional teams. Develop and present execution plans and roadmaps for meeting strategic goals. Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree or equivalent. Extensive experience (5+ years) in Agile environments and Identity Access Management (IAM) solutions. Knowledge of RBAC, ABAC, API SDKs, and SCIM-based SDKs. Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Soap UI/Postman, and SQL. Strong ability to collaborate across teams and influence stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Expertise in IAM application suites. SAFE/Scrum certifications and excellent communication skills.
