What you’ll do

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager (x/f/m) to join our core scheduling team in Berlin

As a Senior Product Manager (x/f/m), you will have the opportunity to work on the transformation of our technology and address user needs across the pro booking funnels. You will collaborate with multiple product teams driving vision and strategy to enhance the daily lives of healthcare professionals. This work will be highly technical over the coming quarters enabling ultimately state of the art user experiences across all appointment scheduling flows.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Define and execute the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our appointment booking domain.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, and stakeholders, to develop innovative solutions
  • Conduct market research, identify customer needs to drive the prioritization and roadmap planning, balancing these needs with business objectives, and technical feasibility.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning within the product management team, with the potential of leading other product managers.

Who you are

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in Product Management having worked with developers, designers, customers, stakeholders and leadership. Technical Product Management is a plus.
  • Base your strategic product decisions on a strong analytical mindset grounded on data and customer needs - solving complex problems.
  • Developed & launched products in a large scale SaaS or B2B environment, where you needed to change the engine while it ran at full speed.
  • Always put the user in the center of your work.
  • Have experience in the healthcare industry and/ or leveraging state of the art technology [e.g. AI].
  • Are fluent in English + German or French.
