Job Description

As the Product Manager for Digiicampus at Digii, you will be instrumental in overseeing the product lifecycle, starting from ideation to execution, to ensure that the platform's evolution aligns with market demands and customer expectations. Collaboration with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams will be crucial to deliver a product that resonates with educational institutions, administrators, and students, thereby supporting Digii's growth trajectory. Your key responsibilities will include: Product Strategy and Roadmap: - Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Digiicampus, ensuring alignment with company objectives and market requirements. - Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business goals while balancing short-term needs with long-term objectives. - Align cross-functional teams around a unified product strategy to facilitate seamless execution. Customer and Market Research: - Work closely with customer success, sales, and support teams to gather insights and feedback from current and prospective customers. - Analyze customer data, user behavior, and market trends to identify new opportunities and guide the product development process. Product Development and Execution: - Lead the product development process by collaborating with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into user-centric features. - Drive the agile product development process, ensuring timely and high-quality releases through clear priorities and backlog management. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches, feature releases, and continuous product updates. Product Lifecycle Management: - Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept to post-launch monitoring and iteration. - Monitor and track product performance and usage metrics to enhance the product based on data and user feedback. - Prioritize and deliver the most valuable and impactful features through effective management of the product backlog. Managing the Product Team: - Lead and mentor the product team to cultivate a collaborative and high-performance culture that drives product excellence. - Foster cross-functional collaboration within the team to ensure successful product outcomes. Stakeholder Management: - Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, providing updates on product progress, launches, and future plans. - Maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to ensure the product meets their evolving needs. - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support product positioning, go-to-market strategies, and customer adoption. Qualifications: Must Haves: - 5-6 years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS or education technology, with a proven record in delivering B2B SaaS products. - Experience in managing and mentoring product teams in an agile environment, fostering collaboration and high performance. - Strong grasp of the product development lifecycle, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven mindset for informed decision-making and cross-functional teamwork. Preferred: - Experience with higher education technology solutions or products serving complex institutions. - Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Product Analytics (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude). - Experience collaborating with customer-facing teams to gather insights and feedback.
