Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in South Delhi for a Senior Product Manager / EIR (Entrepreneur In Residence). The Senior Product Manager / EIR will be responsible for overseeing the development of new products, managing product life cycles, conducting market research, and defining product vision and strategy. The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, and marketing to ensure product alignment with company goals. Additional tasks include analyzing product performance, making data-driven decisions, and ensuring successful product launches. Qualifications Product Management experience including defining product vision, strategy, and lifecycle management Strong market research and analytical skills for data-driven decision making Ability to work effectively with design, engineering, and marketing teams Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience in the education or early-learning sector is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred,
