As a Senior Product Manager at Bhavin's Office, you will have the opportunity to work closely with Bhavin and lead a team of Product Managers, Designers, and Analysts. Your primary responsibility will be to drive the strategy and execution of various zero to one Products. In this role, you will be part of a collaborative environment where you will work alongside talented engineers to develop products that leverage AI tools at every step of the Product Development lifecycle. Our approach involves a lean team of senior resources who are hands-on and adept in AI, resulting in rapid iteration cycles and fast output. You will be responsible for overseeing the unique approach to the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch to success. Additionally, the products you work on will aim to embed AI as a first-class citizen where relevant. Your role will be based in Hyderabad, India, with a requirement for 100% on-site presence. It's important to note that while the application process is managed through Zeta, the position is specifically for a new startup currently operating in stealth mode. Your key responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of product managers, designers, and program managers, driving each feature to completion, measuring output and input metrics that matter for growth hacking, leveraging product analytics and data analytics platforms, crafting intuitive user interfaces and engaging copy, and driving feature development through the established process. To excel in this role, you should have a keen eye for design and aesthetics, excellent UX and copywriting skills, meticulous program management capabilities, in-depth knowledge of statistics, analytics, business intelligence, SQL, and product analytics platforms. You should also be able to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights, have a thorough understanding of technology platforms for IOS, Android, and web development, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in conducting user research and a background in software engineering/technical field will be advantageous. For consideration, you should have at least 8 years of experience in Product Management in B2B SaaS.
