As a part of our team at Derewala Industries Ltd., based in Sitapura, Jaipur, you will be responsible for handling various key responsibilities. These include overseeing new product development projects right from the design phase to final production readiness. You will be translating design concepts into technical drawings, prototypes, and production samples, working closely with design, CAD, sampling, and manufacturing teams to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Your role will involve identifying and resolving technical issues during prototyping and scale-up, making necessary modifications based on feedback, and maintaining detailed documentation such as BOMs, routing sheets, and product specifications. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field, along with at least 5-7 years of experience in product development within a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in CAD software, a deep understanding of manufacturing processes, and strong project management, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for success in this position. Additionally, experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and suppliers will be beneficial. Your contributions will play a crucial role in ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products that meet both internal benchmarks and client requirements.
