As a Senior Product Designer on this team, you will be responsible to the end-to-end user experience, transforming a bold vision into an intuitive, beautiful, and trustworthy product. This is a deeply hands-on role for someone with a startup mentality who thrives on turning ambitious ideas into reality.

Key Focus Areas:

• Strong Design & UI Craft: We need a contributor with a strong foundation in UX and a passion for exceptional visual design. You will be responsible for creating emotionally resonant, highly usable, and beautifully polished interfaces that set a high bar for quality across the entire shopper journey.

• Business Acumen & Stakeholder Partnership: You excel at connecting design decisions to business outcomes. You are a strong communicator who can articulate your rationale to stakeholders at all levels, build consensus with product and engineering partners, and ensure design has a strategic voice in key decisions.
