The role involves sourcing, negotiating, and coordinating with vendors to ensure timely delivery of high-quality materials and services. The ideal candidate has a strong background in MEP procurement, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement procurement strategies tailored to MEP projects. Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring quality standards. 2. Vendor Management: Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers and contractors. Negotiate contracts, terms, and delivery schedules. Conduct vendor assessments to ensure compliance with company standards. 3. Material Management: Procure materials and equipment required for MEP systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety components. Monitor inventory levels to prevent delays in project execution. 4. Coordination: Work closely with project teams, engineers, and site managers to align procurement with project timelines. Ensure smooth coordination between vendors and internal stakeholders. 5. Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in procurement processes.
