Job Title- Sevice/ IMS-Subcon- Sr. Manager Location- Thane, Mumbai Work Type- Work From Office VERTIV is hiring Procurement Manager who will be a member of the Sourcing Team and is responsible in executing Procurement related to Service supplies and services for AC Power, DC Power [O&M, EF&I and DCPS], Thermal equipment and Customer Service Management and Facilities Management at VERTIV customer sites. The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate strong market insights and should have general knowledge of tactical procurement, planning; and will possess strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities: Candidate will be responsible for: Developing category plan. Develop 3-years vision and strategic short-term & long-term plan. Y-on-Y Cost productivity. Drive cost management projects to increase profitability with controlling input cost. Grow preferred suppliers. Executing contracts. Work closely with Multiple user functions, All zonal service representatives", Finance and Legal personnel as part of responsibilities in the role. Education BE EE or Mech / MBA in Supply Chain desirable. Other Requirements 7-10 years of experience in Service categories Sourcing. Strong analytical skills and expert user at iSource (or equivalent reverse e-Auction tool), ERP (like ORACLE), Smart Sheet, Power BI, MS Excel and MS Projects and MS PowerPoint. A strong business acumen. Ability to work within a matrix management environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively. Process improvement skills.
