Urgent hiring at Inspiroz IT | Senior Procurement Executive IT Procurement Location: Ghansoli, Navi Mumbai Inspiroz IT Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Procurement Executive to join our team! If you have a strong background in IT procurement and a passion for optimizing costs and vendor relationships, we want to hear from you. Role Overview: As a Senior Procurement Executive, youll oversee end-to-end procurement of IT assets and services, including hardware, software, cloud solutions, licenses, and vendor contracts. You will work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors to drive cost-effective and compliant purchasing decisions that support our business goals. Key Responsibilities Manage procurement of IT hardware, software, cloud services, and networking equipment. Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, resellers, and service providers. Collaborate with IT, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with project needs and budgets. Monitor software license compliance and manage renewals. Ensure timely and strategic sourcing in line with organizational priorities. Track IT spending and identify cost-saving opportunities. Stay updated on market trends, emerging technologies, and vendor offerings. Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Support vendor performance evaluations and maintain procurement records. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Commerce, IT, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred). 5+ years of experience in IT procurement or supply chain roles. Strong background in IT contract negotiation, licensing models (SaaS/IaaS), and vendor management. Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, software, and cloud technologies. Proficient in MS Excel and analytical tools. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
