Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Process Associate - Insurance to manage end-to-end insurance operations, including policy processing, renewals, claims, compliance, and endorsements. The role requires expertise in multiple insurance domains and strong communication skills to liaise with clients and underwriters effectively. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with clients and underwriters for policy clarifications and smooth deal closures. Process new business, renewals, claims, and endorsements across Domestic, Commercial, and Transport insurance lines. Ensure compliance with renewal timelines, Certificates of Currency (COC), and documentation standards. Handle compliance-related documents like Risk Assessments, LOA, Stamp Duty, and Exemption Declarations. Work with insurance platforms (Zoho, Insight, Sunrise, SCTP) for policy processing and quoting. Maintain compliance sheets and update documentation as per workflow. Mandatory Knowledge & Skills: Strong understanding of Australian insurance market (States, Postcodes, ABN, ACN, Trusts). Proficiency in insurance jargon (Risk, Deductible, Peril, Endorsement, Insured). Hands-on experience with Zoho, Insight, SharePoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills. Experience: Minimum 2-5 years in insurance operations, preferably handling Australian insurance processes.
