Job Description

As the Senior Principal Digital Product Owner at TVS Motor Company in Bangalore - Electronic City, your role will be integral to the HR transformation aligned with enterprise goals and HR objectives. You will define the product strategy and roadmap, lead the implementation and optimization of core HR systems, engage with stakeholders across various departments, and drive end-to-end delivery of system enhancements and digital HR capabilities. Your responsibilities will include reimagining key HR processes and employee touchpoints through technology-enabled experiences, actively participating in system design and testing efforts, utilizing analytics to improve system usability, ensuring compliance with regulatory and data privacy requirements, and leading large-scale HR transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in product management or HRIS, hands-on experience with HRMS systems, a proven track record in leading system implementations, strong Agile delivery experience, knowledge of global HR practices and compliance requirements, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred qualifications include a degree in Business, HR, Information Systems, or related field, certifications in Agile, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors, experience with AI-enabled HR tools, RPA, and HR chatbots, and demonstrated success in change management and adoption in digital HR transformations.
