Job Description:

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules (using Primavera P6/MS Project) covering engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
•   Ensure that the project schedule is aligned with contractual requirements and company standards.
•   Prepare baseline schedules and obtain approval from clients/consultants.
•   Monitor project progress against baseline schedule and identify delays or critical issues.
•   Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, S-curves, histograms, and other planning deliverables.
•   Highlight critical paths, key milestones, and potential risks with mitigation measures.
•   Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather inputs for schedule updates.
•   Attend progress meetings with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
•   Advise the project team on planning and scheduling issues.
•   Develop resource (manpower, equipment, materials) loading plans aligned with the project schedule.
•   Monitor resource utilization and recommend adjustments to meet project deadlines.
•   Perform delay analysis and prepare time impact analysis (TIA) for extension of time (EOT) claims.
•   Provide planning support for variations, change orders, and contractual claims.
•   Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
•   Support continuous improvement initiatives in project controls processes.

Qualification & Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
•   Expertise in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office.
•   Proven experience on major infrastructure, building, or industrial projects.
•   Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
•   Knowledge of FIDIC or other standard forms of contracts.
•   Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•   Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
