About the Role As a Senior People Operations and Administration Officer, you will oversee HR tasks and play a lead role in managing office operations, ensuring all aspects of people operations and office administration are executed efficiently. Your Key Responsibilities Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy in HR systems and compliance with data protection regulations. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage job postings, shortlist candidates, schedule interviews, and facilitate seamless onboarding for new hires. Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, provide support for conflict resolution, and escalate issues when required. Benefits Administration: Assist in managing employee benefits programs, ensuring timely enrollments and updates. Policy Implementation: Educate employees on company policies, procedures, and updates, ensuring compliance. HR Metrics and Reporting: Compile data for workforce reports, including attendance, turnover, and engagement insights. Training Coordination: Support the scheduling and logistics for employee training and development programs. Office Infrastructure Oversight: Conduct regular checks on office infrastructure, ensuring prompt resolution of maintenance issues. Facility Management: Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, functionality, and safety of the office environment, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Budgeting and Cost Management: Assist in managing the offices administrative budget, tracking expenses, and suggesting cost-saving measures. Space Planning: Ensure optimal utilization of office space, accommodating team expansions or reconfigurations. Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of services. Health and Safety Compliance: Regularly inspect the workplace for health and safety compliance and coordinate fire drills or training sessions. Employee Workstations: Ensure employee desks are set up with necessary equipment and supplies, particularly for new hires or relocations. Qualifications and Skills Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification is a plus. 3+ years of experience in human resource management and office administration roles. Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficiency in HRIS systems and office management software. Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
