The Senior PEGA Developer role based in Chennai requires a professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Pega Development. As a Senior PEGA Developer, your primary responsibilities include reviewing and ensuring the technical quality of applications, addressing any issues, and adhering to non-functional requirements. It is crucial to develop code that is robust, maintainable, secure, and efficient. Additionally, creating technical documentation for tasks of a certain complexity level is essential. You will also be expected to analyze and review technical specifications and implementations by junior team members, provide coaching and mentorship, and collaborate with the team to design and develop system components. It is important to have a clear understanding of the business domain for which the software is being developed and to follow technical architecture standards as applicable. Problem-solving skills and the ability to devise effective solutions are key aspects of this role. The ideal candidate should hold a B.E. degree in IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
