Job Description
You are invited to apply for the position of Senior PEGA Developer with TMC Middle East, who is currently consulting on a project for one of the largest banks in Saudi Arabia. The role is based in India and is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in India. The project is seeking an exceptional individual to join the team. As a Senior PEGA Developer, you will be expected to have a minimum of 5 to 12 years of experience in the Pega technology platform. It is essential that you have a good understanding of Pega properties, types, and relevance, as well as an understanding of decision types and decision rules within Pega. You should possess knowledge of Pega construction and debugging tools, including tracer utility, clipboard, app accelerators, documentation tools, expression builders, and form builders. In this role, you will need to have a sound understanding of user interfaces, both Pega out of the box and generic. Familiarity with Pega flows, interpretation of flow shapes, SLAs, tickets, and complex flow shapes for business scenarios is required. Additionally, you should understand rules management and associated tools such as export & import tools, skimming, and bulk processing tools. Strong communication skills are crucial for collaborating with the business to understand and influence business requirements. You will be expected to identify and drive process optimization and streamlining for client business processes. Expertise in Pega PRPC Enterprise class structure design and application profiling is necessary, along with knowledge of various Pega PRPC concepts and rule types. The successful candidate will have the ability to run end-to-end delivery of Pega PRPC-based solutions/projects from a technical perspective. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for this role. CSSA, CSA, LSA certification is mandatory for consideration.
