Business: HR People services Principal Responsibilities Process customer instructions as per the agreed Standard Operating Procedures Provide accurate MI with Analysis/ Recommendations Ensure all the inputs are received in agreed formats Consolidate as per the agreed Timelines (PLA) Seek feedback from customers and stakeholders on a regular basis in order to develop more effective solutions for continuous process improvements. Demonstrate a consultative approach and build effective relationships with peers and other HR professionals. Mitigate operational and financial risk by ensuring compliance to policies, procedures, and controls.
