About The Role As a Senior Operations Analyst at Tide, you will play a crucial role by supporting Product Owners in managing cross-functional technical projects. Your responsibilities will include engaging with external partners to establish SLAs and performance standards, presenting research findings to VP/SVP level stakeholders, acting as the voice of the customer by providing Level 3 support to member services, and contributing to the continuous improvement of operations worldwide.
