Job Description
Proficiency with Windows and Linux server administration. Preferable and good to have atleast 1 Microsoft cerfitied or Cisco certified like CCNA etc IT infrastructure control implementation related to Information Security procedures. Knowledge of firewalls, routers, and switches (Cisco, etc.). Hands-on experience with backup, storage, and disaster recovery solutions. Plan and implement IT infrastructure solutions to support business /ISMS/Application team Install, configure, and maintain physical and virtual servers (Windows/Linux). Patch systems and apply updates regularly to minimize vulnerabilities, backup and integrity Track and manage hardware/software inventory, asset life cycle. End user support on hardware and Software issues. Work with third-party vendors for procurement, support, and maintenance contracts. Track software licenses, warranties, and renewals to ensure contnuity of business operation.
