We're looking for a dynamic, results-driven Senior Facebook Ads Specialist to help us scale and thrive in this fast-paced industry. Key Responsibilities: Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns with a strong focus on ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth. Budget Management: Handle monthly budgets of 3 crores purely for Meta platforms, ensuring efficient spend allocation for optimal results. Creative Collaboration: Work closely with our creative team to guide the direction of ad creatives, ensuring they resonate with our target audience. Account Structure & Scaling: Develop and manage account structures that can quickly scale revenue while maintaining performance. Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of the curve by tracking the latest trends and tools in digital media buying. What Were Looking For: 4+ Years of Experience: Proven success in managing high-budget, large-scale Meta campaigns preferably for D2C brands. Analytical Expertise: Strong data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret campaign data effectively. Leadership & Communication: Excellent communication skills to lead teams and collaborate across departments. Budget & Performance Management: Expertise in managing campaign budgets, forecasting, and performance analysis. Growth-Oriented Mindset: A passion for innovation and staying on top of digital marketing trends, always looking to optimize campaigns. Persistence: Willingness to continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns until they drive desired results. Data Fluency: Comfort with working with numbers and using data to inform every decision. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in high-growth D2C e-commerce brands or agencies managing large-scale brand campaigns.
