Job Description
You will be responsible for developing and executing merchandising strategies aimed at driving sales and profitability. This includes creating and managing seasonal plans, buying and assortment plans, as well as overseeing product lifecycle management. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, such as product design, marketing, and operations, will be essential to ensure the successful execution of these plans. Additionally, you will be tasked with managing and analyzing inventory levels to maintain appropriate stock levels. Monitoring market trends and keeping an eye on competitor activities will also be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to identify new opportunities and adjust plans accordingly. Furthermore, providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members will be crucial for their professional development. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
