Your responsibilities will include owning the marketing technology infrastructure, optimizing lead and campaign workflows, and providing valuable insights to drive revenue growth. Additionally, you will be instrumental in the onboarding and integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring alignment of marketing systems, data, and processes for a seamless transition and operational consistency across the organization. What we expect from you: - A proactive and solutions-driven mindset with a strong passion for systems, structure, and scalability. - A blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to translate business requirements into operational workflows. - Experience in working within complex stakeholder environments, coupled with excellent communication skills at both strategic and operational levels. - The ability to switch between strategic thinking and hands-on tasks such as building, administration, and analysis. - A desire to contribute towards the growth and maturation of a high-performing marketing operations function within a fast-paced and ambitious business environment. Your key responsibilities will revolve around the following areas: Marketing Automation & Platform Ownership: - Leading and administering the marketing automation platform (Pardot) and related technologies to ensure optimization, documentation, and alignment with business needs. - Developing and enhancing scalable marketing automation programs including lead nurturing, scoring, segmentation, and lifecycle initiatives to boost engagement and conversion rates. - Managing integrations between Salesforce, Pardot, and third-party tools while maintaining data integrity, consistent tracking, and attribution. - Upholding platform governance, conducting regular audits, and spearheading roadmap planning for the evolution of marketing technology. Operational Excellence & Enablement: - Defining and implementing scalable processes to improve campaign execution, lead management, and collaboration across marketing and BDR teams. - Serving as the operational backbone for the marketing department by establishing standardized workflows, campaign briefs, documentation, and governance frameworks. - Developing and conducting training programs to enhance the skills of marketing and BDR teams in tools, processes, and data practices. - Promoting a culture of continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and implementing data-driven enhancements. Performance Measurement & Insight: - Creating and maintaining robust marketing performance dashboards and reports to monitor key metrics like MQLs, SQLs, pipeline contribution, conversion rates, and channel performance. - Collaborating with marketing leadership and sales teams to deliver insights and recommendations that inform campaign strategy and enhance ROI. - Leading regular review cycles to evaluate campaign impact, share insights, and implement iterative improvements. Campaign & Project Management: - Managing large, multi-channel marketing campaigns from planning through execution and measurement, ensuring alignment across marketing, BDR, and product teams. - Providing operational support for campaign execution, including segmentation, asset management, testing, and post-campaign analysis. - Acting as a strategic advisor to campaign owners, guiding best practices and ensuring operational consistency. Acquisition Integration & Change Management: - Leading the onboarding and integration of newly acquired companies into marketing systems to facilitate a seamless transition of data, processes, and campaigns. - Aligning marketing technology stacks, workflows, and reporting structures across new entities while respecting local variations. - Collaborating with business systems, sales operations, and IT teams to ensure timely migration and alignment of CRM and marketing automation platforms. - Training and enabling new marketing teams on group-wide standards, tools, and best practices. Lead Management & Data Stewardship: - Managing and optimizing the end-to-end lead management process, including lifecycle stages, routing, scoring, alerts, and SLA adherence. - Ensuring seamless data syncing between Pardot, Salesforce, and other systems for accurate attribution, targeting, and reporting. - Upholding data governance standards and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations such as GDPR and PECR. Your Skills, Knowledge & Expertise should include: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data, or a related field. - 5-8 years of experience in B2B marketing operations, with at least 3+ years of Pardot and Salesforce administration. - Proven success at a senior or managerial level, ideally in a multi-brand, multi-region environment or within an acquisitive business. - Strong understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, nurturing, and lifecycle management. - Demonstrated ability to lead technology integrations during acquisitions or platform migrations. - Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across cross-functional teams. - Strong analytical mindset, with experience in developing insights from marketing and sales performance data. - Proficiency in creating and delivering training and enablement programs to improve team capability and adoption. - In-depth understanding of data structure, hygiene, and compliance. - Knowledge of GDPR, PECR, and other relevant data protection laws. - Familiarity with tools like Cognism, Zapier, Qualified/Drift, and analytics packages is advantageous. In this role at Forterro, a leading provider of Industriesoftware, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment with a focus on innovation and growth.
