Senior Manual QA Engineer Location: Gurugram(Onsite) Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are looking for a Manual QA Engineer with over 5+ years of hands-on experience in testing and quality assurance, preferably from product-based companies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in functional, regression, usability, and exploratory testing, with added exposure to casual gaming or edtech products being a significant plus. Key Responsibilities: Analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to prepare detailed test cases and test plans. Perform end-to-end manual testing across web and mobile platforms. Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, etc. Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and UI/UX teams to ensure product quality and alignment with business goals. Conduct regression testing when bugs are resolved and prior to releases. Contribute to improving QA processes and documentation. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of testing best practices, tools, and technologies. Provide inputs on usability and user experience from a QA standpoint. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of manual testing experience in a product-based environment. Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Hands-on experience with web and mobile application testing. Proven experience in writing and executing comprehensive test cases. Proficient in bug tracking tools like JIRA, Mantis, or Bugzilla. Knowledge of Agile/Scrum development processes. Familiarity with basic SQL queries for backend validation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in casual gaming and/or edtech domain. Understanding of gameplay mechanics, game flows, and performance testing for gaming products.
