Job Description
The role aims to create, evolve, and present end-to-end sales data, VME calculations, implement and reconcile various interaction platforms with the sales team. Sales Planning: - Recommend a rolling forecast for 12 months based on competition analysis, TML market share objectives, revenue, and VME budgets per product line. - Gather data from relevant stakeholders on various retail schemes and submit them for validation. - Communicate the approved forecast to the sales and sales finance team to ensure VME spends are within the prescribed budget. VME Planning: - Analyze customer trends and plan for VME. - Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of schemes and communicate with the sales finance team. - Validate and communicate schemes to the retail marketing team to ensure VME plans are effective and within the prescribed budgets. MIS: - Maintain all VME spends related MIS and inform the sales team about the various expenditures. - Prepare MIS for the monthly sales planning meeting to ensure all relevant MIS are regularly maintained and stakeholders are informed. End-to-end sales data management includes managing stakeholder profiles and interactions with internal teams like the sales team and IT for system-related issues, and external entities such as competition and vendors. Desired Candidate Profile: - Education: MBA in Sales/Marketing - Relevant Experience: 5-12 years in Sales/auto, FMCG - Skills & Competencies: - Knowledge of sales & commercial processes. - Understanding of Taxation. - Comprehensive knowledge of competition schemes. - Proficiency in MS Excel, Micros & Macro.,
