Position- Senior Manager Strategy & Analytics Location Open- Raipur, Chhattisgarh Reports to Head Planning & Analytics Company- A CK Birla Group Unit, USD 2.8 billion conglomerate, the world leader in machines and engines specially into Earthmoving Equipment, Mining Trucks, Loaders & Dumpers. Qualification Required- B. Tech/B.E. + MBA (Or Equivalent) from Indian Institute of Management Roles & Responsibilities Work closely with strategy team in business planning and business performance analysis. Analyze the monthly, quarterly, and annual business reports for actionable insights. Gather inputs periodically from vertical heads and regional teams on business performance, challenges, business strategies and initiatives. Analyze data on various business performance metrics both financial and operational. Follow the trends in construction and mining industry and constantly look for opportunities to grow business. Assist CXOsin decision making based on business performance, strategic goals, field inputs, industry trends etc. Analyze new business proposals for the company and provide inputs to CXOs on perusal the proposals. Work with brand team on agreed strategies as per annual business plan. Coordinate with the Group office on various strategic initiatives. Work on ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects for company's group. Desired Experience 5 to 7 years of overall experience and at least 2-3 years post MBA Prior experience in financial planning and business performance. Exposure to construction/ automobile/ aftermarket industry (will be an added advantage). Ability to quickly analyze data and deliver results in tight deadlines. Salary Slab- 25 to 40 LPA,
