Job Description
Location- Mumbai, Noida, Ahmadabad
Budget- upto 15 LPA
Experience- 4-6 Years
Relevant experience- 4 years is needed
Notice period- Immediate- 30 days (max)
Skills required- B2B Sales in Insurance, group health and life insurance, commercial lines of general insurance products, MS Office, Communication skills.
CANDIDATE SHOULD NOT BE FROM RETAIL.
Interview process- 1-2 technical rounds
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop alliance with rural focused organizations to roll out relevant insurance products for their members, customers, employees etc. (embedded insurance – B2B2C or B2B2F)
- Create and build relationships with corporate clients, understand their insurance requirement, prepare Request for Quotes, liaison with insurance companies to customize products required, analyze, and recommend best product considering all relevant parameters
- Create strategic relationships to expand Point of Sale Networks through organizations that have a rural foot print & driving business through them
- Focus on Parametric insurance as a specific insurance product line along with other group based insurance solutions
- Achieve business targets across specific categories – group based parametric, group based non parametric, POS driven business
Technical Skills Required:
- Knowledge across group based health and life insurance products
- Knowledge across commercial lines of general insurance products
- Knowledge across rural relevant insurance products like parametric and livestock
