Maintain equipment to ensure safety and efficiency. Monitor HK staff attendance, invoice submissions, and salary disbursements. Ensure availability of DLFs welfare services to all staff. Oversee service delivery from partners (pest control, cleaning, horticulture, etc.). Maintain par stock for contingencies. Ensure a functional Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for Soft Services. Adhere to state legal requirements and ensure staff medical tests. Implement BSC procedures and 6S across service lines. Conduct safety observations and participate in safety meetings. Conduct housekeeping audits and provide guidelines to vendors. Recommend consumables, tools, and equipment for housekeeping. Ensure effective pest control and solid waste management. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of all building areas. Ensure safety practices for staff working at heights. Use safe chemicals and follow MSDS guidelines.
