Job Summary:
As a Brand and Creative Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing strategies to enhance business performance using branding, digital marketing, and creative strategy. Your typical day will involve working with clients, analyzing business requirements, and developing solutions to meet those requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Lead client engagements in the development of holistic marketing and communications plans, including brand and social content strategy, creative development and execution, digital marketing, and market research.
  • Define brand purpose and strategic solutions like brand architecture, brand experience strategy, persona development & journey mapping, audience segmentation strategy, etc.
  • Conceptualize, develop, and drive creative solutions that build strong brands and achieve business results for clients.
  • Develop social strategy, ideation, and execution including social media content audits, social listening, developing playbooks, social roadmaps, communication and campaign strategy.
  • Leverage experience with innovative thinking to develop cutting-edge solutions for clients in a rapidly evolving marketplace.
  • Build relationships with key client decision-makers and act as a trusted advisor on all aspects of brand and creative strategy.
  • Work in a team of seasoned professionals & use relevant tools to develop business cases, strategic assessments, published written materials.
  • Deploy strong analytical skills and drive result-oriented decisions with a data-driven mindset.

Professional & Technical Skills:

  • Must have skills: Proficiency in branding, digital marketing, and creative strategy.
  • Strong understanding of consumer psychology and persuasion techniques.
  • Experience in developing and leading successful marketing and communications programs.
  • Experience in debugging and troubleshooting marketing campaigns.
  • Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization/client organizations.
