Senior Manager Sales Job Overview: We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager Sales to lead and drive revenue growth in Cloud Support, Development, and DevOps solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), DevOps tools, and enterprise IT solutions. They will play a crucial role in managing high-value client relationships, building strategic partnerships, and driving sales excellence in a rapidly evolving tech landscape. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute a sales strategy for cloud services, DevOps, and application development solutions. Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with pre-sales, technical, and marketing teams to create compelling value propositions for customers. Identify and drive opportunities for new customer acquisitions and market expansion. Client & Partner Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with IT decision-makers, and DevOps leaders. Drive key enterprise deals, negotiate contracts, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction. Work closely with cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and DevOps tool vendors to strengthen partnerships and co-sell opportunities. Market Analysis & Business Growth: Analyze industry trends and competitive landscape to position our solutions effectively. Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for cloud and DevOps offerings. Monitor sales KPIs, forecasts, and performance metrics to drive data-driven decision-making. Technical & Industry Expertise: Stay updated on advancements in cloud computing, DevOps, and IT automation. Understand customer pain points related to cloud migration, CI/CD, Kubernetes, microservices, and IT support. Work with solution architects and engineers to align sales strategies with technical capabilities. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum 12 years of experience in B2B sales, including at least 5 years in cloud, DevOps, or enterprise IT solutions sales. Proven track record in selling AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, and IT automation solutions. Strong understanding of DevOps workflows, cloud-native development, and managed cloud support services. Demonstrated leadership, team management, and strategic planning abilities. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Experience in managing large enterprise accounts and driving high-value deals. APPLY,
